“Entry Level” would be a home with carpet/sheet goods/laminate flooring; box cabinetry; laminate counter tops; standard “paint-grade” doors; metal-clad, double-hung windows; maximum of 2 interior paint colors; steel siding/aluminum soffit; common truss roof system; etc. - We do not specialize in these homes, but there are plenty of contractors that do!​

“Mid-Range” would be a home that has upgraded to some wood or tile floors; custom box cabinets; some hard surface counter tops; wood doors; “hardi-plank” siding; multiple interior paint colors; some vaulted ceilings; etc.

“Higher-End” would be anything above that.  This is what we are known for and most of clients come to us for this work.  This is where we shine.

These are tough questions to answer as the type, size, complexity, location, and materials all factor into duration.  We will review the drawings and specifications with you and provide you an estimated completion date in a gantt chart.  Most homes at around 3,000 SF take about a year to complete and every 1,000 SF up or down will adjust that about a 3-4 months. 

Many potential clients have this question - We believe what sets us apart from other contractors is our transparency and honesty.  You will see every material invoice, every time card, every sub-contractor's invoice broken out and compared side by side with the original bid you received.  You'll be able to track your bid throughout the process. 

We do focus on quality craftsmanship and quality materials.  We will not shortcut or put our name on an inferior product.  We want you to be proud of your quality custom home.  Does this mean we spend more time getting it right than others, yes, but we feel its worth the -~10% more than our competitors.
